DP Online is operated by Darren Vergerio, based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. We sell jewellery, crystal bracelets, pendants, and crystal decor products.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to the natural variation in crystals and gemstones, the exact colour, pattern, and size of your item may vary slightly from what is shown.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
  • If your order cannot be fulfilled (e.g. out of stock), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping

  • We ship within Australia and to selected international destinations. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes, rates, and carrier information.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited by our returns policy. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
