All savings shown on our website, in our catalogues, or in our showrooms are based on the normal ticketed prices of the item(s) when they are not on sale.

While some items may have had few or no sales at the normal ticketed price, each product will have been displayed and offered for sale at the “was” or “were” price for a reasonable period prior to the promotional offer.

Price Accuracy & Adjustments

DP Online reserves the right to alter or correct prices without notice if required.

If a price correction is necessary after an order has been received but before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the purchase at the updated price.

If the item has already been paid for and dispatched, DP Online will honour the original price paid by the customer.
