DP Online provides warranties and guarantees across our jewellery range:

• JH Branded Jewellery — 24‑month guarantee
• XP Branded Jewellery — 24-month guarantee
• Designer Jewellery — 6‑month guarantee
• Fine Jewellery — 12‑month guarantee
• Hand‑Crafted Jewellery — 30‑day craftsmanship guarantee
• Electrised Gold — 6‑month craftsmanship guarantee
• Crystal — 30-day craftmanship guarantee
• Candles — 14-day craftmanship guarantee       
• Fragrance Oils — 14-day craftmanship guarantee
• All other items — 12‑month guarantee against faulty workmanship

If an issue occurs (not caused by neglect or damage), we will:

1. Replace the item (if still manufactured and in stock)

2. Offer a similar replacement

3. Provide a 6‑month store credit

4. Provide a refund if no other option is available

All actions are taken at DP Online’s discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
